5 days, 4 nights

After 3 visits from my frens from Hobart, finally last week I got the chance to go Hobart yang hebat tu (pun intended haha..). Kira hebatla.. different from Melbourne, very beautiful scenery, a must see for someone who appreciates nature. They planned a 3 days 2 nights trip to Strahan n Stanley. We pass by almost all cities in the west coast part of Tasmania. Between the two, I would say I love Stanley more. The view is more breathtaking with beautiful beaches, a very clean and picturesque town and more.

As usual, with lots of pictures. Enjoy!!

Gold digger...

It's the last weekend before getting back to 'reality' :D...

Nak pi skul pun, skul tutup. N before all of us gets too busy with our work; me, effy n k rosna (our new housemate!) decides to go on a trip together (sesi taaruf la kengkonon..haha). So, Sovereign Hill.. here we come!! The best thing is our rented car. It was a new hybrid car Toyota PRIUS!! Pergh... rasa macam semua orang dok pandang kami. Great car. Smooth sounding engine. Superb interior. Moral citer ni: Keta ni best!! Rasa cam nak bawak balik Malaya sebijik.

Ok, back to Sovereign Hill. It's a great place to visit. It's something different from what we have back home. Sort of a 'living museum' depicting the way of life of people (most of them gold miners) back in 1800's. Since that this is my second visit, (already been here 5 years back with Arin, Whoda n Nita), takde la rasa macam overexcited sangat. Most of the places, characters and items there are still the same (rasa macam dejavu pun ade). But still, I really enjoyed myself. Takde la sampai rasa bosan yang amat. But the admission price dah naik beb... :(

As usual, with lots and lots of pics..enjoy!!

Went down to Mornington Peninsula yesterday. Saje jenjalan hilangkan penat sambil bawak kengkawan yang bakal pulang ke Malaya for good. Aside from one 'peristiwa mendebarkan' while we are on da way pagi tu.. (hehe.. I am..I am.. I am..), it was a wonderful trip, and as usual with loads of pictures :D

I am tired, I am a bit behind in my work, but its worth it :D

Went down to Kiwiland for three days with Tini. It was beautiful and quiet different from the metropolitan city of Melbourne. Before this I thought Melburnian are 'santai' but apparently Kiwi's are more laidback, not in a rush, not many high rise buildings or apartment, very green and very very clean country. But ni kat Christchurch je la. Didn't have enough time to visit anywhere else. Just manage to quickly ( i mean REALLY quick) visit several interesting places in the city and then when to Akaroa for the dolphin cruise the next day. Thanks to K Su and family n K Mashi n family for the warmest welcome and very delicious foods. Len kali bleh la datang lagi :D

Syawal 2008

Yesterday was the 1st Syawal. It was kinda sad that I'm not celebrating it with my family this year, but still, raya tetap raya, walau dimana kita berada. The day started with solat sunat aidilfitri at Dewan Malaysia. I would say more than 50 people was there, celebrating hari raya together, missing all the things that defines raya in Malaysia (lemang, pelita, mercun, heavy traffic at tol senawang....). Anyway, it was a joyous day, meeting a lot of Malaysians yang sekapal ngan kita and eat, and eat again...
